Patient Information

Armstrong Dental Centre welcomes new patients. If you are making your first appointment with us, please come early and bring our completed new patient forms so we can more quickly and easily establish you as a patient!

If you are a new or returning patient and have questions about our office policies, look over the policy overview below. If your questions remain unanswered feel free to give us a call!

Office Policies

Our main office policy will always be to treat our patients with respect while providing a warm and welcoming environment where they will receive the highest quality of dental care. Our goal is to have every patient leave our office knowing they received the services they need to maintain a healthy mouth.

Appointments

We are currently accepting new patients. Please call our office at 250-546-9811, or visit the manage appointments page to enter our online portal to schedule an appointment. Once you make an appointment at our office, that time will be reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, call us as soon as possible to reschedule to avoid missed appointment fees.

What to Bring to your First Appointment

To provide you with prompt dental treatment, please be sure to bring the following when you visit our practice for your initial visit:

  • Insurance Information/Card
  • Photo Identification
  • Any medical records pertaining to your visit

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out necessary paperwork, unless you have filled out the forms found above.

Cancellations

$50 per every half hour of missed appointment time.

Insurance

We accept all dental insurance plans including including MSP, Healthy Kids, and NIHB. Please bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment. Our office staff will file any necessary claims and work to get you the maximum amount of benefits allowed by your plan.

While we accept insurance as a courtesy to our patients, any treatment required that is not covered by your insurance is the patients responsibility. Further it is the patient responsibility to know the services covered by their insurance plan.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes any co-payments or deductibles (amount not covered by your insurance). We charge the dental fee guide and update yearly as the new one is released so you know you are getting fair prices on your services.
